PHA does provide Texas Vaccines for Children for patient who meet the qualifications. The Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) program provides vaccines to eligible children in Texas. PHA does charge an administration fee of $13.75 per vaccine. The program aims to ensure that all children have access to recommended vaccinations, protecting them from preventable diseases.
Children are eligible for the TVFC program if they:
- Are under 18 years of age
- Live in Texas
- Who are uninsured (no insurance coverage)
- Who are underinsured (vaccines are not covered or limited coverage)
