- COVID-19 vaccines help protect against severe disease and death, including from variants of the virus (e.g. Delta variant).
- Children ages 5+ and adults are eligible to receive a FREE COVID-19 vaccine.
- People who are immune compromised are recommended to get an additional dose of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (i.e. Pfizer or Moderna).
- Everyone ages 16+ can now get a booster shot. Boosters are recommended six months after the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or two months after the J&J vaccine. Only the Pfizer vaccine is currently recommended for 16 and 17 year old’s.
