Dr. Frank earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
Dr. Frank is interested in childhood allergies and asthma. She joined Pediatric Healthcare Associates in September 2001. Dr. Frank is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. New Patients Welcome!!!!
