Shawan Sweesy- Office Manager-CMIS
Shawan joined PHA in August 2011 in our Insurance & Billing Department and was promoted to our Office Manager in March 2016.
During her downtime away from the office she enjoys spending time with her growing family. 2021 gave her an awesome new title of GiGi, courtesy of her son Peyton & wife Gracie, they welcomed a beautiful baby girl Emersyn in April! Her daughter Bailey will graduate high school in 2025 and she is the bonus-mom to two amazing young men, Tristin & Nikolos and engaged to a really great man, Chris. Shawan loves taking spontaneous road trips and making as many memories as she can with her friends and family.

Cindy York- Medical Records Specialist
Cindy has been a part of the PHA team since 2000 and handles our customer service, medical records, school/daycare forms and sports forms.
Cindy enjoys spending time with her family when she is away from the office.

Heather Warden- Insurance & Billing Specialist
Heather joined the PHA team in December 2015, She expertly handles all of our insurance and billing needs here in the office.
Heather was born in Missouri and but got to Texas as fast as she could. She is married to Stewart and they have a spunky little boy Seth. When Heather is not working she enjoys spending her time with her family...they love the outdoors, whether its for work or play.

Rebekah Cozby- Insurance & Billing Assistant
Rebekah joined PHA October 2023. She assists Heather in our insurance and billing department and also assists the frontdesk answering phones and scheduling patients.
