Should a concern about your child arise after office hours, please call the office. Our phone lines are forwarded to the answering service at night. The answering service will forward your information to a well trained pediatric nurse who will call to speak with you regarding your child. If the nurse feels the doctor should be contacted for further advice or if you want to personally speak with the doctor on call, the nurse will contact the doctor who is on call for the practice. You will need to inactivate the block on your phone by dialing *87 so that we will be able to return your phone call. If you have not received a return call within 30 minutes to 1 hour, please call again.

If the pediatric nurse feels your child needs to be seen immediately, she may refer you to either an urgent care facility or the emergency room.
